Tuesday Trivia with Matt - Episode 135

It was our penultimate episode of the Fall Series Trivia League, and it was jam-packed! With SIX rounds of trivia this week, we gave teams the opportunity to drop their lowest round score, and hopefully add another high total to their overall season score. Extra round, extra opportunities, extra fun!

The “penultimate” episode inspired me to write “The Ultimate Pen Round” featuring pen-related trivia. It always makes me happy when I get to include random pop culture moments like this quirky viral video from Pikotaro:

The Brochuters + 1 worked hard to maintain their season score lead by adding a perfect 100 during tonight’s game! Congratulations on your victory! 🏆 The Crafty Tiger Bitches ended with a high score of 98 with a solid silver medal… and not far behind were the Re-Trivia-ers and The Uneducated who both added a total of 95 to their season score. So impressive by everyone!

I am so excited to see how everything turns out during our Fall Season Finale next week!

Last week, “The Alex Award” went to an answer that came from the last question of the last round… and it happened again this week! Our last question in Round 6 (themed around the number six) was to name the child actor from The Sixth Sense that gave use the famous line “I see dead people”. Every team was correct, except for We’re Just Guessing, who guessed Macaulay Culkin. And to be honest, if you’re guessing a question about a child actor and you have no clue, Macaulay is not a bad guess at all! Can we take a moment to imagine Macaulay Culkin saying “I see dead people” and then doing this:
